Fighting Fantasy Combat Program
A downloadable tool
A little automatic program to digitize the Fighting Fantasy Gamebook combat system, made in an afternoon when I couldn't find my dice.
Input your name, Stamina and Skill, and the same for your opponent. Then press the 'roll' button and continue to the death! If you want to start a new fight, press the New Fight button, which will keep your stats as they were before but clear the monster stats.
The Test Your Luck mechanic works - either mitigating damage or increasing your damage on a successful hit! If you want to press your luck, it'll lower your Luck score by 1 each time.

Okay, I've legitimately been looking for something like this for some time and this looks pretty promising! Very minimal and simple to use, it does what it says on the tin. Would love to see more stat fields and stuff added down the line.
